I feel as though I should warn you. The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is very disturbing, sexually exploitative, and I was (and continue to be) bothered by it. When I've mentioned this to friends, they ask me (and rightfully so) why I finished it then. I finished it because I was worried that I would have nightmares if I didn't know the end. In my opinion, the author is a perverted creep.
Oh boy...thanks for the warning about The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. My roommate, and many others (Laura), seem to love it, but I'm glad to know about the possibly disturbing content.

I do agree, it is very graphic in ways that I have never been exposed to in literature, movies, life, etc. I still thought the storyline was great!
