My Autumn Uniform
With autumn being such an exciting/inspiring season for me, you'd think that my outfits would be bursting with color. Not so. Here is a sample of my autumn uniform:

I mostly wear black too, but this season, I have a few nice purple jumpers, a jewel green jacket and a lovely red hat... you only need one piece of colour to brighten things up!
How about some nice deep purple boots?
I have a bright purple hat and some bright(ish) scarves, but I hadn't ever thought of boots in a deep purple. I may have to finally go down that route!

I got the Jcrew catalog, and I have to say, I love the yellows and oranges they are using (and that't not typically a store I appreciate as much)
But I think a deep purple with charcoal grey would be a great color. or implement more browns...
Ugh...J.Crew...they are a den of temptation. The way they pair colors is fantastic.
I've been obsessed with buying big bulky jewelry lately. I think a big statement piece that's bold and bright can first of all, go with black and gray, but also really jazz an outfit up a bit. Check out Anthropologie's selection of huge necklaces.
