Dream Daze.

I had all sorts of crazy dreams last night which made it almost impossible to drag myself out of bed this morning. But then, driving over the bridge, everything was so foggy and hazy that I almost felt like I was still dreaming.

My dreamy mood and the haze lasted all day. My drive home this evening pulled me right back into the clouds.

And on the topic of dreamworlds, here's a behind-the-scenes look at the plans for Jonsi's tour, which looks nothing less than magical and otherworldly. It breaks my heart that this isn't coming anywhere near me.

Hey Sa-Brina,

have you seen this guys blog? I can't think of a harder art form to write about, and this guy is pitchfork like with his context and precision. i know i told about ordering some samples of scents today and thought you should check out this scent reviews. he doesn't talk about all of these, but i ordered samples of oud27, fat electrician, and menthe fraiche:

bon nuit. i think that means good night in french.

E.,

My brain was melted by this: "The molecule Magnolan, which gives both white flowers and a rose touch, and which Pescheux built in to form a bridge linking Hedione to the Bulgarian rose. To polish, he put in Texas cedar essence for the foundation, Somalian olibanum (the incense you smell in a Russian Orthodox church) for mystery, and two Givaudan captive molecules, Cosmone, for powder, richness and softness, and Serenolide, for a dry texture to “carry” the incense."

Stop reading the NY Times. I feel less intelligent every day when you show me these.

Also, as stated earlier today, I want to smell these samples! And maybe even get the donated samples! I'd like to dab a little fat electrician behind each ear.

Bonne nuit!
